October 17th 2005, the day I joined "SumTotal Systems" - a software company, defining and leading the domain of e-Learning.

I was asked to report on 17th Oct 2005 at 9:30 AM. As usual the punctual guy was there well before 9:15 AM. Thought that like in all other waiting lobby I have to wait for another 30-45 min [I always curse myself whenever something like waiting happens for me for more than 30 min and the curse would be “Why are you so punctual”] … but NO.

And that is why the saying goes – “You are always paid for your Good”.
The person I was supposed to meet on this day would be there around by 9:30 am due to some good reasons got postponed by 15 min. and I always thank GOD for this and the reason for this is: I met so many nice peoples, in fact peoples who really cared of me getting bored, they talked nicely with me, asked about me [apart from my work experiences] and most importantly with a broad smile. I could still remember those 30 min. I felt very close to this organization on the very first day … Hmmm good OMEN
